Yes, absolutely. JobAssist stores all your data locally on your machine. We don't have servers that store your personal information, resumes, or application history. The only data that leaves your machine is for license validation (paid plans).
Can I switch between plans?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your billing period. When downgrading, changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and PayPal. For Team plans, we also offer invoice-based billing for annual subscriptions.
Is there a refund policy?
